GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATION
Technology Enhanced Medical Education (ThEME) International Conference 2026
Please follow these instructions for your oral presentation at ThEME 2026:
1. Language and Format:
– All oral presentations must be in English.
– The first slide should include the ThEME 2026 logo.
2. Presentation Duration:
– Each oral presentation will be allotted 10 minutes total: 7 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.
3. Slide Preparation:
– Prepare a maximum of 7 slides per presenter using Microsoft PowerPoint.

4. Recommended Slide Content:
– Slide 1: Title Slide (Include your presentation title, name, and affiliations)
– Slide 2: Background
– Slide 3: Methods
– Slide 4-5: Results
– Slide 6: Discussion
– Slide 7: Conclusion
5. General Slide Guidelines:
– Limit each slide to a single idea.
– Keep slides simple and clear, ensuring that they are readable from at least 50 ft.
– Use a minimum font size of 18-24 pt.
6. Data Slide Guidelines:
– Use graphs instead of tables where possible.
– If tables are necessary, do not use them directly from manuscripts or papers; retype them to include only critical information.
– Avoid complicating slides unnecessarily.
– Use only one figure or graph per slide, and avoid using 3-D graphics unless absolutely necessary.

GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION
Technology Enhanced Medical Education (ThEME) International Conference 2026
Please follow these instructions for your poster presentation at ThEME 2026:
1. Language and Size:
- All posters must be written in English.
- Posters should be printed at a maximum size of 120 x 80 cm.
- You can attach your poster using double-sided Velcro tape, which will be provided.
2. Font Guidelines:
- Recommended font size: minimum 16-24 pt.
- Use Arial font throughout the poster for clarity.
- The title and subheadings should be in bold.
- Avoid using italics as it is harder to read from a distance.
3. Poster Content:
- Posters should include the following sections: Title, Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
- Keep the text concise and easy to read, ensuring the poster conveys a clear message with a logical layout.
- Must include the ThEME 2026 logo.
4. Visuals:
- Ensure that any photographs or figures used in the poster are of sufficient size to be clearly visible.
- Limit the number of photographs to only those essential and relevant to the poster’s content.
5. Graphs and Tables:
- Graphs and tables should be well-organized, with font sizes that are easy to read.
- Data should be presented using units commonly accepted in scientific publications (preferably the international metric system).
6. Footer:
- At the bottom of the poster, include the following note:
“Presented at the 4th Technology Enhanced Medical Education (ThEME) International Conference 2026”.
